Welcome to the website for Green Kite Homes' proposals for a new mixed-use development at land within the parish of Ripley.
We undertook public consultation during January and February 2026, including holding two in-person exhibition events attended by over 300 people. Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their views.
Following feedback from residents and local stakeholders, the development has been named Papercourt Wey. It was previously referred to as Grove Heath North.
Since the consultation, we have continued to work closely with Guildford Borough Council, Surrey County Council, and technical specialists to refine the proposals.
