Public Consultation
Welcome to
Papercourt Wey
Welcome to the website for Green Kite Homes’ proposals for a new mixed-use development on land to the west of Portsmouth Road, within the parish of Ripley.
We undertook public consultation during January and February 2026, including holding two in-person exhibition events attended by over 300 people. Thank you to everyone who took part and shared their views.
Following feedback from residents and local stakeholders, the development has been named Papercourt Wey. It was previously referred to as Grove Heath North.
Since the consultation, we have continued to work closely with Guildford Borough Council, Surrey County Council, and technical specialists to refine the proposals. Please visit our latest update page to learn more about how the proposals have evolved in response to community feedback and ongoing technical work.
